• Refunds will only be eligible within 7 days of purchase, and will only be applied with valid proof of purchase from Vape G (Pty) Ltd, and provided that the products are sealed, unused and in perfect condition.
  • Please note that no refunds will be provided for a warranty claim, only a store credit or a swop out for products of the same value of the purchased goods will be provided (If the swop out exceeds the original value the onus is on the customer to cover the deficit).
