E-liquid Return/Warranty Policy:
- Vape G (Pty) Ltd will not accept any returns on any unsealed e-liquids due to our strict hygiene and quality control guidelines.
- Please note we will not accept a return of any e-liquids on the basis of an unsatisfactory experience of the flavour(s) as that is a subjective opinion that will vary with each customer.
- In the case of an e-liquid being damaged prior to the product being opened or consumed, we will happily replace the damaged product(s), however please note that we do inspect each e-liquid before it is purchased in store or through our e-commerce platform.
Hardware Return/Warranty Policy:
- The warranty period on any e-cigarette device will be limited to 3 months post purchase, any warranty claim after this period has elapsed will be void, and this warranty will only apply to electronic mods/kits/devices.
- Please note the warranty on any device only covers any factory faults such as product defects i.e. not charging, not switching on, auto-firing etc
- Please note that this warranty will be void if the device exhibits any ‘physical damage’ outside the scope and ambit of ‘regular use’. (‘Regular use’ in this case refers to any cosmetic damage resulting from the daily use of the device.) – This will be assessed by our onsite personnel.
- ‘Physical damage’ not covered by the warranty would be any signs of poor usage by the consumer, such as damaged USB charging ports/externality damage(fire/liquids)/ accidentally caused damage/misuse. – This will be assessed by our onsite personnel.
- Please note this warranty will only be valid if proof of purchase from Vape G (Pty) Ltd can be established.
- Rebuildable RTAs, RBAs, RDTAs, RDAs and mechanical mods are products intended for usage by consumers with expert vaping experience, as such any use by a consumer with insufficient vaping experience is considered unsafe and Vape G (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for any personal injury or harm that may result from usage. – Please note these products also carry no warranty.
- Please note that all atomisers, standard tanks, pods and coils carry no warranty policy as they are considered consumables and cannot be returned due to our strict hygiene/health and quality control guidelines.
- Please note that all tanks are susceptible to leaking as this can be a result of externalities such as heat, the viscosity of the e-liquids used, orientation, coil degradation etc. and therefore ‘leaking’ is not considered a factory fault, and will not be covered by the warranty.
Battery Return/Warranty Policy:
- Rechargeable batteries are not covered by any warranty and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Please note that rechargeable batteries perform optimally when charged through an external charger or through the device using a USB cable connected to a wall adapter, any charging through a desktop/laptop/car will most likely shorten the lifespan of your battery and cause defects.
